Evan's Image Editor  

Evan's Image Editor is an easy to use image editor that enables you to edit and create still or animation images. At this point it is still in production, but is available for download, as it has several usable features at this point

Here are some key features of "Evan's Image Editor":

· EIE's hue brush tool allows you to modify the defining color of pixels without changing the perceptual detail level.
· EIE has customizable edge softening on the brush and line drawing tools
· E has animated cursor read and write support
· Can work in layers mode or frames mode (View -> Options to switch between the two)
· Can load .AVI and .MPEG movies. Upon loading a movie, you can scroll through it's frames to a point of your choice, and then extract frames (Frame -> Extract frames from selected video)
