· Agent: Bandwidth manager has been added. Now is possible to control bandwidth usage via very flexible bandwidth shaping rules (Bandwidth monitor interface)

· Data Center: UrlDb has been splitted out on two independent databases: Master and User-Defined. All modifications submitted by administrator now are stored in the User-Defied database that has higher priority than Master database

· Data Center: Aliases have been splited into two categories - Predefined aliases and User-Defined aliases. Predefined aliases cannot be modified or removed. They can only be enabled or disabled. All new aliases are automatically added to the User-Defined group.
